Care for the newborn
Neonatology is the medical care of newborn infants, especially the ill or premature newborns. We offer consulting services, regular nursery care, premature birth care and treatment of babies with mild to severe illnesses.
As a paediatric/ children caregiver, our neonatologists often act proactively by providing prenatal consultation to women experiencing preterm labor, carrying multiple babies or following the finding of a possible congenital malformation that may require special preparation for the birth and coordination of treatment services for the infant across the city of Port Harcourt in partnership with doctors and healthcare personnel in general hospitals and health centers.
